Olympics, Team GB, Tough Mudder, the RFU, and now CEO of Premiership Rugby, his career has been built inside the organisations that shape how sport is funded, structured, and grown. He’s worked on sponsorship for London 2012, scaled an international challenger brand, and led the commercial engine of Twickenham before stepping into one of the toughest leadership roles in British sport.
